2013 = Explore!/¡Explorar!

For 2013 I've chosen a word to honor during this new year: "Explore". Here a couple of pages from my Disney sketchbook during my last visit in August '12. Looking forward to continue exploring the lines and textures of life, let's celebrate the joy of drawing and sharing!

Para el 2013 he escogido una palabra para honrar durante este nuevo año: "Explorar". Aquí les muestro dos páginas de mi libreta de dibujo de mi último viaje a Disney en agosto '12. Esperando seguir explorando las líneas y texturas de la vida, celebremos el placer del dibujo y el compartir.

...for the students/...para los estudiantes.

My teenage students like it when I model the drawing exercises for them, the results are very positive when they see their own teacher drawing in front of them. Or are they just tricking me to avoid working on their own art? I wonder...

A mis estudiantes de secundaria les gusta cuando ejecuto para ellos el ejercicio de dibujo que les asigno, hay un resultado positivo cuando ven a su "profe" dibujar frente a ellos. O será que simplemente están evitando trabajar en lo suyo? Ya decía yo...
